So I am updating my review and I'm still giving everyone a 5+ star rating! I did the fraxel on Monday and it's Sunday evening and yes I am still pink but the results are amazing! My hyper pigmentation and most of my texture is gone! I also received a chin implant with Dr K on Wednesday so I'm still swollen with that but I know I'm going to love the result of that as well! Again I need to give a shout put to Mel for being a beast with a laser! She is my go to when it comes to my aesthetic needs and also Dr K for giving me confidence with my profile. I just wish the swelling would go down faster! lol damn lack of patience. Well I now have a laundry list of other things I would like to tweak. And I know VIP is the place I can trust and know I'll get the best work done!
Dr. Khorsandi is the Best !!! He is extremely skillful, professional, and kind. I enjoy his sense of humor and his team is amazingly kind and professional. Dr. K listened attentively to my concerns regarding my nose. I had rhinoplasty four months ago and i am in love with my new self!!! I am a completely different person. Sometimes you watch your diet and exercise regularly, but you still can't manage to change something about that you just don't like. Here is where VIP comes in. My experience there was fantastic overall. Dr K is knowledgeable and personable, and you will definitely feel in good hands. He is a surgeon and an artist. That's the perfect combo for a plastic surgeon. The office staff are super friendly as well. On one occasion I did wait a very long time in the room before being seen, but that was one visit out of many. Overall Dr K and his staff are great, and you will be in good hands for whatever procedure you choose.

Types of Fat Reduction
VIP Plastic Surgery is proud to offer the two following options for nonsurgical fat reduction to our Las Vegas, NV patients:
Liposonix:
The Liposonix system utilizes focused, high-intensity ultrasound energy to penetrate deeply beyond just the surface layer of the skin. This unique technology allows for greater depth to be reached when targeting and destroying the subcutaneous fat cells, as opposed to certain laser devices that are only able to affect the body's top layer. This treatment is ideal for large surface areas such as the abdomen and flanks. Many patients have reported after a single, one-hour session having lost one inch around their waist, which is typically equivalent to one pant size. Multiple sessions can be administered as well to maximize results. Noticeable results usually take around 8 – 12 weeks to appear.
BodyFX:
This treatment combines both radio frequency energy and a negative energy massage (vacuum) to simultaneously heat the skin's deep tissues and suction the top layer for maximum fat cell destruction, cellulite reduction, and skin tightening. BodyFX is designed to treat the abdomen, flanks, buttocks, thighs, and any other area that may benefit. Typically, 6 – 12 treatments are recommended for achieving optimal results, though some improvement can be noticed after one session. Fat and cellulite reduction can be observed right away, but the skin tightening process will take a more gradual, slow approach, yielding peak results after around 6 – 12 months.
These treatments are not an alternative to weight loss and are used for body contouring purposes only.
Procedure Process
During each procedure, patients will be able to lie down and relax. Neither fat reduction option should be painful or uncomfortable, though patients can expect to feel a heating sensation underneath their skin due to the intense energy being emitted from the handpiece. These are short, outpatient treatments that will last around one hour depending on which area is being treated. If recommended, we will schedule additional sessions during the appointment.

Generally, anesthesia and numbing agents are not needed as these procedures should be comfortable. Once completed, patients can return home to their normal activities with no downtime. There may be some redness or slight bruising in the area after treatment, but these side effects should subside very quickly. Patients can expect their results to be long term, though a healthy diet and regular exercise are required to maintain fat loss and prevent weight gain from disrupting their outcome.
