Using your own fat to make your butt bigger.*

This patient was undergoing liposuction and wanted to do something with her butt to make it slightly bigger and rounder. She also wanted a bit more inner thigh gap. So liposuction was performed in strategic areas in the inner crease of her butt as well as in her inner thigh to contour the inner thigh and butt area, then fat was strategically placed in the lateral thigh and outer butt.
