"So I am updating my review and I'm still giving everyone a 5+ star rating! I did the fraxel on Monday and it's Sunday evening and yes I am still pink but the results are amazing! My hyper pigmentation and most of my texture is gone! I also received a chin implant with Dr K on Wednesday so I'm still swollen with that but I know I'm going to love the result of that as well! Again I need to give a shout put to Mel for being a beast with a laser! She is my go to when it comes to my aesthetic needs and also Dr K for giving me confidence with my profile. I just wish the swelling would go down faster! lol damn lack of patience. Well I now have a laundry list of other things I would like to tweak. And I know VIP is the place I can trust and know I'll get the best work done!"
"Just wanted to pop on here and leave an honest review for Dr Korsandi. I myself have not had any work done by him but my younger sister had vaser 360 lipo with him 2 years ago! She face timed me during her recovery immediately after surgery and I got to see her results week of. When I finally saw her in person I was shocked as to how beautiful, natural and perfect her shape was. He had meticulously sculpted her midsection, sides, and back, to where her bum just popped! She already had a nice bum so all he had to do was sculpt her in all the right places to create an hourglass. She did not have any complications and healed beautifully! I’m still shocked as to how natural her results are, just can’t take my eyes off her when she is here visiting. If I was younger I would definitely go to him!"

"So I wanna start off by saying I live in Utah & made several trips to Vegas to have a consultation, pre-opp, and surgery at V.I.P & I couldn’t be happier I made this decision. First of all I read so many reviews about this place before booking an appointment & got the notion Dr. Khorsandi had bad bed side manners and to just go in there with that in mind, so I went in and I was completely blown away at how far from the truth that could be. I definitely wouldn’t take any negative comments seriously because all the other amazing things I read about him and his office were completely on point. I went in for a breast augmentation & showed him a picture, told him that’s what I want and let him do the rest. I let him choose sizing, profile, etc. and very happy I did. When you read up a lot on implants you think you know what you’re talking about until you go to a professional and they say something else other than what you think, it can be conflicting but I chose to go with my gut & allow him to make all the decisions. I was scared at the sizing he chose, it sounded like they were gonna be too big but I was totally wrong, they came out perfectly! I’m also a recovering drug addict & as soon as he read that on my chart he said he didn’t want me to have to take any narcotics and comped a nerve blocker for me instead, I walked out of his office with tears in my eyes because I had never had a doctor be so understanding and kind about me being in recovery. & not only that but not wanting to risk putting me in a situation that could end in relapse. The girls in the office were so sweet & reassuring as well. I loved Patricia! She was easy to communicate with & gave me great advice, that if she didn’t tell me prior to surgery I might have had a bad experience. The day of surgery I was terrified & probably overly annoyingly nervous, but all the staff at the surgical center were so understanding, they entirely calmed my nerves when it was time to go under that the last thing I remember is laughing with the nurse putting me under! Dr.Khorsandi also came by to draw on my chest before surgery and had the most kind words to say & is just a super down to earth person. I feel like he went above and beyond by just being himself & that honestly is the most amazing feeling because it reassured me he was being sincere and genuine the entire time. He definitely is blunt & to the point but he knows what he’s doing!! His team reached out a few times while I was recovering & I couldn’t be happier with the results & my breasts haven’t even dropped yet. This experience was worth every penny. VIP plastic surgery is my new go to spot & very worth the drive! Thank you dr.khorsandi. pics are 2 weeks post opp!"
"I chose VIP Plastic Surgery for a MiraDry treatment that significantly reduces underarm perspiration, odor, and hair growth. Melanie was my wonderful esthetician who answered every one of my million questions. She was also very kind and great to chat with during the process to keep my mind occupied. For those who want to learn about the procedure: It began with me laying down and her measuring the area to be treated. Next a stencil is drawn on, similar to one before a tattoo. Lidocaine injections are then administered until the area is fully numb. Finally, a device is pressed repeatedly into the area for approximately 25-35 minutes per underarm. Ice packs are applied upon completion. Melanie ensured that I was always comfortable, informed, and that I had a great experience. I have been interested in MiraDry for years and wish I had done it sooner. Can’t wait to return in August for the second treatment! Until then, I will be shopping for all the new colors I can wear!"
"I went to Dr. Khorsandi at VIP for Botox and fillers. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had - he listens to what you want and what your "goals" are. He takes his time with the procedure and doesn’t rush anything, and because of this there was no pain. "I came to Dr. Khorsandi not once but TWICE! He does amazing work and only doc in Vegas I’d ever recommend to my friends. I came to him back in 2017 for my breast augmentation and it was the best procedure, and I knew exactly what I was getting before I even went under because he does imagery at his consultations. I went from a 34A to a 34 D, Almost 4 years later and they still look AMAZING! Now I just healed from my rhino/septoplasty that I had in February of this year and I can’t thank him enough for the confidence he’s given me, the nose really can change a face. My bf had so many questions during this procedure because he was taking care of me, and doc was super quick to respond to any texts or calls, so it put us both at ease, he is super professional. "Dr. Korsandi is a wonderful plastic surgeon. This review is a bit late, but I had an issue that he was unable to address. After talking to me for a while and discussing limited options, he asked what I thought about flying to FL. I said, why not? So, with me in the office, he called an associate in FL and made arrangements for me. I really appreciate all the time he spent with me. The office is beautiful and he is my dream boat!!! I may go in to see him again soon. Happy New Year!"

"I have been to several top rated doctors in Las Vegas for breast augmentation consultations. I chose Dr Khorsandi because he’s extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. Also, I have been going to him for under eye fillers since 2016 and I was always happy with the results (this year I went to ANOTHER "top rated" doctor is Las Vegas for filler and I fully regret it... my results were uneven , thankfully Dr Khorsandi is helping me fix it). All I have to say Dr Khorsandi is simply the best when it comes to quality and patient care. He’s very kind and extremely knowledgeable. His staff is wonderful as well, they have always been really nice to me. I am really thankful."

"I want to begin with saying this is a beautiful modern establishment the staff is nice from making the appointment to your actual arrival. Meeting Dr. Khorsandi was a pleasure he does go through everything even when there is something you didn’t ask and you should know he is thorough in addressing it all.His work is for those that want to see an "Exceptional Difference" not for those that say " I want to look rested" or " I don’t want to look as if I had something done" in that case stay "As Is" and get more rest.Now here is Dr. Khorsandi work in place as I should mention it was my daughter that had the visits with Dr. Khorsandi so being that it was my daughters senior year at a new high school she has never attended we planned this ahead of time to see Dr. Khorsandi before first day of school began I am talking about senior year 2018- 2019 yes to busy to yelp but back to the review my daughter had much anxiety not knowing anyone! I will say society does lean towards being beautiful and attractive!She made lots of friends within the first week of school that many of the students gravitated towards her and complemented her appearance always saying " You are so pretty!" many of the students wanted her to join their group of friends of course personality helps as she is social and fun but I know her appearance in Dr. Khorsandis work made a difference in allowing her to climb the social ladder of the who’s who of the popular kids in high school I am very happy she had an amazing memorable Class of 2019 and till this day continues those friendships. "I have consistently had a great experience at VIP plastic surgery! Dr Khoursandi is the best in the business and has an amazing and friendly staff! I have been going to him once a year for lip and eye fillers for the last 4 years and last month he did a remove and replace on my breast implants. I am so extremely happy with the results! I love how they turned out!! I also have diabetes and he was very concerned for me to make sure I checked my sugars more frequently during the recovery process and to really watch my sugars. That made me feel very valued as a client instead of just doing the surgery and leaving me with regular care instructions for a normal breast augmentation."

I was very nervous before going into surgery and he made everything smooth sailing and easy. While picking out my size (or cc’s) he pulled up a digital picture of what they would look like if I added more cc’s. So I basically got to see what I look like RIGHT NOW before I even had the surgery! Also granted me 50 free units of Botox which I’m using at my best check up appointment! Everyone is amazing. COME ON IN !!!!!!"
"I got prp for the first time ever last week. It’s amazing!!! My skin looks so fresh and youthful. The process was pretty easy, a little uncomfortable but not painful. My face was a little red for a couple of days but I was still able to do everything I had to do. I will definitely do it again and I will recommend this to my friends."

"Getting a hair transplant has been one of the greatest things I’ve ever done!!! I’ve been worried about my hair since age 20. I am now 40 and never ever think about it anymore. It’s been the greatest gift I’ve ever given myself. Sure you can buy a yourself a watch or a car but none of those will be staring back at you in the mirror every single day like a full head of hair! I thought about it for years and picking up the phone to make the appointment was probably the hardest part of the whole process. "It is very clear( by all the pictures and reviews) that Dr Khorsandi is an excellent plastic surgeon. But what is not as well known, is that Dr Khorsandi also is a migraine and headache doctor. My husband has been experiencing debilitating migraines for the past two years, that have seriously affected both his running a construction company and his quality of life. Any number of things things could bring one on: lights, noise, working out, turning his head to quickly etc. He literally never went more than two days without experiencing a migraine in the past two years. He had to wear sunglasses and a ball cap, all day and all night, everyday and night. Meetings, vacations, dinners, even Dr. appointments and Golden Knights hockey games have been canceled. He was a mess and totally exhausted all the time. Dr. Khorsandi treated my husband one month ago. "5 stars simply isn’t enough. I cannot begin to explain my dislike for my freckles, dating back to my elementary school years. Aside from being teased, they gradually became more apparent over the years - of course, tanning, pool and lake days did NOT help. Years of trying to find "the right" makeup to cover, which usually just smeared off, IPL treatments & a terrible expierence from Lumecca from "the best dermatologist" in town - nothing has worked, yet made the insecurity worse. "I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Khorsandi about 3 months ago and couldn't be happier with the results! I had consults with several other surgeons in town, but ended up choosing Dr. Khorsandi because he seemed to perform the procedure much more regularly than the others. Because I had scheduled the surgery about 4 months after my initial consult, Dr. K met with me for a second consult so I could double check that we were on the same page regarding what I had in mind for my nose. I am so incredibly happy with the results; no more dorsal hump, bulbous tip, or hanging columella. It looks very natural and not at all "fake", it's just my nose but better.
