Overall the recovery was pretty easy. Lots of tylenol, Netflix and sleep (elevated on a wedge pillow). My face swelled up pretty bad, but by week two, it wasn't so bad. I'd definitely recommend taking two to three weeks offa work to fully heal- from the eyebrow lift that is-the lip lift I felt fine almost immediately, no pain, and minimal swelling. I'm two weeks out now and I feel almost back to normal. My face is tight and I can't really move my top lip yet but in time I'll feel even better. I already love the results. Dr. Khorsandi is amazing!Updated on 30 Nov 2021:Hey guys, I'm about three weeks out from my eyebrow and lip lift. I just put on eye makeup for the first time post op. My orbital bone is still a little sensitive. I can't move my eyebrows just yet, and my top lip is still pretty stiff. I also can't open my jaw all the way yet, but I just gotta be patient. In time everything will heal. I haven't worn face make up or straightened my hair yet, but I plan to this Friday; so I'll post another pic then.Updated on 3 Dec 2021:Hey guys, tonight is my first night back to work. I'm wearing face makeup for the first time post op. Definitely gotta keep the incisions moisturized well so the powder can go on okay without being too peely. Told y'all I'd post more pics so here's a couple.Updated on 8 Dec 2021:Hi guys, I reached the one month post op mark. Each week everything heals more and more. My face is still tight but I can somewhat move my eyebrows and my top lip isn't stiff anymore. I'm going to be getting prp on the area's where I had staples in my scalp to help regrow the hair in that area soon. I'll document how that goes as well.Updated on 28 Jan 2022:Heyyy guys, I said I would document how my prp treatments are going; So I'm about one month out from my first treatment to the area where the staples were from my brow lift. I have baby hairs growing back. I get my second prp treatment in three days. I'm pretty confident that it'll help my hair grow pretty much fully back in those areas. I'm almost three months out from my brow and lip lift. I feel back to normal with the exception of my scalp still being numb which is normal. It takes about 6 to 12 months to gain feeling back."

Everything's moving and looking good. No stiffness at all and I'm finally slowly gaining feeling back in my scalp. The incision around my nose did kinda stretch a little so I'm going in once a month for fraxel treatments around that scar to fix it up. I'm also still doing my prp treatments to where the incision was in my scalp. You can see my baby hairs growing around my hairline now. Pics posted :)"
"Minor stomach lipo & Fupa lift - overall, I really recommend VIP! - I figured to leave a good review on here. Because the Doctor is cool & does a good job for real. I was skeptic & scared at first due to lack of 'before & after' photos on the site or any videos, but thankfully, he really is good.I'm 5'3, 114 pounds. I had a minimal fat on my stomach that you could see mainly just when I sat down which is natural but I wanted to get rid of it anyway & Pubic area lift because after 10 pounds of Quarantine 2020 weight loss, that FUPA was just not going away. Dr. Khorsandi did a good job. The scar looked pretty scary at first but in 1 month it just turned into a thin pink line that will eventually fade.I read reviews that people complained that he seemed not very carrying, I must disagree, He's very caring. They are just really busy & have to take patients fast. So with FUPA lift... be prepared to have a brutal discomfort for the first 3-4 days. No pain really, just extreme discomfort, weird unpleasant sensations & slow careful walking. It gets better every 7 days I noticed.Anesthesiologist doctor was really cool too. I had panic attacks before the procedure from being afraid but everything went very well. It felt like I slept for 20 minutes when in reality it was about 2-3 hours. Prices at VIP are better than in stupid LA too. California is obnoxious with pricing! Overall, I really recommend VIP! You will not be disappointed."

"Best Decision of my Life - I had a rhinoplasty and liposuction on my chin/neck area by Doctor Khorsandi exactly one year ago in July of 2020. I have hated my nose and side profile my ENTIRE life. I would never take pictures of myself looking to the side because I was so embarrassed of it. I finally decided that I needed to do something about it so I came to real self to look at doctors and read reviews. When I came across Doctor Khorsandi I was so impressed with the reviews and before and after photos I booked a consultation. The whole process was so easy and everyone was so nice! Doctor Khorsandi created an image of my nose and how it would turn out and I loved it but the day before my surgery there was something I wanted to change. I was hesitant to call and ask if this was something that I could do because I did not want them to be annoyed that I waited until the last minute, but I did and they were SO understanding. They got me right in and Doctor Khorsandi tweaked the image perfectly and with no complaints that I had been annoying and wanted a change lol. I truly can’t fully express in this review how happy I am with how everything turned out. I get so many compliments on my nose…literally just last night at the bar I was approached by a guy who said “I know this is a really random thing to compliment but you have a beautiful nose” and that was not the first time someone randomly approached me and said that since having my surgery. "Doctor Khorsandi is extremely professional and straight to the point . He doesn't promise false results like other doctors . He is realistic, honest, and doesn't waste time. He has done an amazing job on my nose, breasts, and recently lipo. My first Brazilian butt lift was with another doctor and I had extremely minimal results . With Dr.Khorsandi right after surgery I saw amazing results! Many doctors rejected me for another bbl because "I didn't have enough fat" however that wasn't the case with this doctor. He took time to listen and knew exactly what I wanted with each procedure. My nose was my biggest insecurity, it never looked like it belonged to my face. It's been over a year since my nose job and I have a nose that looks like I was born with it! I did not want to write a review because I wanted anonymity. I was compelled to type because I have so much appreciation for his work. Especially after this last surgery, I never thought I could be so sculpted! Doctor Khorsandi is a literal artist! "I saw Dr. Khorsandi on Nov.6, 2020 he did an amazing job I had a dip in my nose bridge and he corrected it for me I'm very happy with my results. He was super nice and took me back in a reasonable amount of time. I'll be going back to him for all my cosmetic procedures"
"Restylane for Nasolabial - I was so nervous about filler in my nasolabial . Previous to Dr Khorsandi from VIP Plastic surgery in Las Vegas , I had a nurse practitioner inject and because she did not use the correct product and because she went too superficial I had unevenness and was very distressed about it. I interviewed several other providers to try and see how to correct and each provider , ( several other plastic surgeons, cosmetic family doctor , nurses with years of experience ) had several different opinions. One recommended surgery!NO ONE EXCEPT DR KHORSANDI KNEW HOW TO FIX IT! Not only did he solve my problem, and explain how and why, he used a dental block and there was no pain. The problemWas I was unevenly filled and Dr K has to inject more filler deep into the bone to even out the nasolabial. I laughingly named Dr K - “magic hands” I won’t ever go to anyone else for my skin or face. I am extremely happy and highly recommend him. When I asked him about other potential filler in my face he quickly said “ you don’t need it.” I appreciate his honestly , skill, professionalism. Best injector ever. His staff was also amazing and knowledgeable . His medical assistant Melanie was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. 5 Stars!"
"best doctor around breast implants - Highly recommend this place!!!! I first called and spoke to Catherine who was so welcoming and made this process so easy. Within one week of our phone call, I woke up from my breast implant surgery all complete (two weeks ago)and they look absolutely amazing! And on top of that... I CANNOT RECOMMEND DR KHORSANDI ENOUGH. I was very nervous before going into surgery and he made everything smooth sailing and easy. While picking out my size (or cc’s) he pulled up a digital picture of what they would look like if I added more cc’s. So I basically got to see what I look like RIGHT NOW before I even had the surgery! Also granted me 50 free units of Botox which I’m using at my best check up appointment! Everyone is amazing. COME ON IN !!!!!!"

"Thankful for my Beautiful Lips - I was hesitant to get anything done to my face but Dr. Khorsandi and his professional staff put me at ease as soon as I started my consultation. I wanted to get my lips “done” and give it a more fuller look. He explained the procedure in detail and reassured me that I will look natural after he is done. Boy, was he right! I absolutely LOVE my lips! They look fabulous! I love the shape of them and how even they look. "Dr. Khorsandi helped me remove a keloid (scar tissue) that had lingered from a previous procedure done by a different doctor when I had to remove a lipoma from my forehead. I was anxious about getting surgery done again and seeing a new doctor, but he advised that it wasn’t necessary and that all I needed was some medication to be injected into my forehead scar. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process and went out of his way to ensure I understood my options and what to expect during and after the procedure.The staff was very helpful and professional, and I had such a positive experience overall. "I am impressed with how good and natural my under eyes look - I came to this doctor for fillers because i had heard amazing things about him. I had really bad under eyes and the lines on my forehead were driving me crazy! My first impression walking in was how nice and friendly the staff was. I ended up doing under eye filler and botox, as that was what the doctor recommended for me. I am impressed with how good and natural my under eyes look. I was a little scared that i was going to look too puffy or over done but I just look well rested. The botox took a few days to kick in but i love the results. I will definitely be coming back for more fillers in the future. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend coming to this doctor."
"Amazing NeckTite and Morpheus8! - I was referred to Dr Khorsandi by a friend/doctor in New York City who had been by Dr K in this proceedure.I made an appt. for botox and general care but Dr K was kindly direct about the options he recommended for me.I had been considering the NeckTite procedure for a while due to sagging/fat neck.He performed the procedure a couple of weeks later which incorporated Morpheus8 and Lipo.His office manager Patricia was really helpful scheduling and totally transparent about the way my surgery would be billed.From that moment I never thought twice about the procedure. It took about an hour under twilight sedation and I was out and about within a week,(I always have happened to be a heavy bruiser).I couldn’t be more thrilled with the result.Not only have I lost the double chin, I have jawline contour of my 30’s."

"Rhino/Septoplasty - I’ve always felt my nose was too long for my face and took away from my other facial features. The tip of my nose was too bulbous and would hang downward when I would smile/laugh. I was never happy with my nose to begin with but then I got into a huge car accident a couple years back and it F*cked up my nose! Now my septum’s we’re both extremely deviated (one almost completely blocking my airway) and now my nose is crooked and has a bump on top of the other things I didn’t like. So at this point I absolutely hated everything about my nose and decided to do something about it, but I just couldn’t go to anyone. It took lots of time and research but I knew that the only doctor that I thought had beautiful, consistent work was Dr. Khorsandi. His work was the only work that I loved so I had to make a consult and decided to go through with it. I am so happy that I DID decide to go to him because I am only 9 days post- op (just took the splints/cast our yesterday) and I am already in love with my nose! I honestly expected to hate it at first because of the swelling causes the shape to look funky, but I can whole heartedly say that I am extremely in love with it already and I cannot wait to see the results over time! Dr. Khorsandi is not only a truly talented surgeon, but he’s also extremely comforting, sweet and extremely professional. He knows he’s a boss at what he does and his confidence gave me peace throughout my whole experience. I love him! He’s a miracle worker to say the least! 100% recommend. "African American/ Ethnic Rhinoplasty - Dr. Khorsandi is awesome. He has a wonderful bedside manner. I felt very confident & comfortable with my choice. I knew that his number 1 priority was safety. He takes time to answer questions, and let you know what is and isn't possible. Updated on 12 Nov 2018: So I'll start from the beginning. Dr. Khorsandi's office is very good about answering the phones. I called and scheduled my appointment and that was pretty seamless. The day of my consultation was 5 months prior to surgery. I'm not going to lie, the wait at the office will leave you a bit frustrated, but it also is a sign of the popularity and the results that Dr. K delivers. Also for any other ethnic patients, just want to say mostly white people leave reviews but when you got into the office and see the patients, it's quite diverse. I saw Dr. Khorsandi and he used one of those photo morphing machines, and went over what he felt would be appropriate. I had a flat wide bell pepper nose. My nostrils were large, my bridge was flat and had a pretty typical African American nose. He decided to do bring in my nose, build up the bridge. I set a surgery date, and paid my deposit. It was smooth, and Dr. K puts you at ease he's very nice, and has such a great bedside manner. I felt like I had made the right choice. P.s. not going to post pics in this review, but you can reach out to me via inbox if you'd like to see some before and afters. Updated on 12 Nov 2018: On the day of surgery I was scared [RS bleep]-less. Real talk I was freaking out thinking I'm about to let someone cut my nose and peel it back like an onion. To make matters worse while I was getting prepped only the Anesthesiologist was there at that point, and being frank he's an [RS bleep]. Like a gigantic one (sorry Dr. K but he is) I did however tell him that his way of being would keep me alive so I could live with it. Once Dr. Khorsandi got there I immediately felt at ease. The wheeled me back got to cutting, next thing I know I'm waking up with a cast, and the tip of my nose looking pointy like Cindy Lou Who lol. He did use a rib graft, and that part didn't become sore and tender till days later. The surgery took about 3 hours and that was that went back to the hotel to rest. The next day I went in he cleaned my incisions and nose with peroxide. I came back a week later to have my cast, stitches, and stents out. Man that was butthole puckering pain, and probably the suckiest part of the experience. It hurts no two ways about it. but I got to blow my nose and it felt so good. My nose was huge and swollen and I looked freaking crazy ahahah. Updated on 12 Nov 2018: Those first crazy days of swelling have healed and my nose looks fantastic, no one even knows I had it done, they I have one tiny scar on my left nostril kind of on the inside. You can't see it though. I can only see it with a magnifying mirror, however I honestly expect for the color to comeback there. It's only been about 6 weeks. This makes my face overall more attractive and I can't be grateful to Dr. Khorsandi enough for being the doctor to help me with an issue that I have been self conscious about my whole life. Some people may gripe at the price, but to me it's worth it to have someone with his experience working on me. My nose looks so good, and I feel so pretty. Thank you again to Dr. K and his staff!!! I'll be going back in Feb, for botox and fillers lol"
"Revision Rhinoplasty and Breast Augmentation - I had my first rhinoplasty done in Salt Lake by a doctor who ruined my appearance last October 2018, I was devastated for several months! After researching hundreds of plastic surgeons to get a revision, I finally came across Doc Vegas's Page by one of his client's review. I began to read all his reviews and his before and after photos were an answer to my prayers!! I immediately called into his office for a consultation. The first visit was phenomenal, the office staff was super helpful and friendly. When I met the doctor, I was very nervous at first but he walked in and listened to all my concerns and was very genuine and professional that everything was going to be ok. He was very confident he could fix my nose exactly how I wanted it. Nothing is worse than having the awful nightmare I had experienced with that other doctor who ruined my face, he ignored my concerns and didn't care and knew he messed up! "Dr. Khorsandi is god sent - My experience with Dr. Khorsansi has been incredible from the start. He is very caring, smart and extremely passionate about his practice. I’ve never meet another doctor like him, and I’ve gone thru my fair share of doctors for my previous procedures that led me Dr. K. I am for ever grateful to Dr. Khorsandi for taking on my VERY hard case.
What made my case tough was that I’ve had so much trauma in my butt area. Prior to seeing Dr. Khorsandi I had illegal/black market silicone injections on my buttocks, a few years later my silicone injections started to take a toll on me. At that time, I suffered from hair loss, numbness, fatigue, and skin discoloration just to name a few of the consequences I had to phase. Shortly, I had the silicone injections removed by surgeon#2, my butt was then deformed and he proceeded to fix it by performing a BBL, but that was a complete fail. All of my fat turned to liquid and died. It had to be surgically removed because it could not be aspirated with a needle and syringe.
I felt hideous with my deformities, and searched for other solutions. I decided to get butt implants (by another surgeon) this surgeon#3 was supposed to give me what was best but long story short, he didn’t. He gave me implants that were way too big, wide, and heavy for my petite frame. One of the implants didn’t fully drop and the other one had dropped a little too much. I had so much lose skin from all the trauma and at certain angles I could see my butt implants.
My butt was one hot mess and I really thought there was no solution for it, until I met Dr. Khorsandi. I was expecting him to turn me away, because I knew how hard it would be to fix me. Dr K. saw how much I needed his help and he gladly took on my case. I told him I was not looking for perfection, but to look and feel normal. He went above and beyond what I asked for!My surgery with Dr. K consisted of Vaser lipo/bbl, body tite on abdomen, Butt implant removal, and a lower body lift to help with all the lose skin and now I can’t believe how incredible I look. I got my petite body back and a normal cute butt again. He left me feeling like a Barbie doll!

"Rhinoplasty Review - I'm writing this review because everyone that wrote one about Dr K. really helped me make my decision. With that being said- I've hated my nose forever and I felt like it was starting to take over my life because I thought about it way to much. It's been 3 days since my cast removal and I'm so SO happy. Everything from surgery to recovery went so smoothly. The pain wasn't bad. One thing I was really scared of was, I heard when you get your nose done you can't breathe out of your nose that whole week, but Dr. K uses these splints that are pretty much like straws in your nose, so I was able to breathe just fine, the only thing is they made me look like I had a piggy nose, but Dr. K told me that was normal since the splints were pushing everything out. I was still a little nervous about that, but had to talk myself out of it. By the 7th day I was so ready to get them out of my nose because they started to just feel really gross. That was probably the worst part for me. But other then that I can't complain.One thing I want to say is when I got the cast off, I think I was in shock, to see yourself with a new nose is really weird. Even though I hated my nose forever, I still didn't know how to feel. The bump was gone, but it was really swollen so it still looked big to me! If you get your nose done you have to remember when you get the cast off its not the final result.If you are considering Rhinoplasty, DR Khorsandi is the one! I'm so thankful for him."

Seemingly young, I knew early on that I wouldn't be blessed with the D/DD's that have embraced all the other women in my family. At age 18 I went from 102lbs to 130lbs in a matter of months. That was quite a shock for my body and it was due to the Depo Provera shot. As a result, I now have stretch marks on my inner thighs and on my boobs. I went from completely flat to a small B cup by 22. My weight is normally around 123-125 at 5'2". Now at 30, I'm only lucky to be a C cup when it's that time of the month...and then Cinderella leaves the Ball by midnight (or in my case, when it's over). I go from feeling full and plump to deflated and saggy every month. So awful! Now I'm excited to say that my dream is coming true. Cinderella will remain at the ball!! DETAILS: After going to my second consultation, I had decided then and there that was the PS for me. Dr. Khorsandi is personable, wasn't going through the motions of information, and listened to my concerns. I didn't show him what I wanted because we were touching so much on other subjects it didn't come up. I'm pretty descriptive and the utilization of the Vectra 3D imaging was truly useful. We decided on 485CC, smooth round moderate profile, under, with an Inframammary incision. I can not recall the brand but I will update in another post. With my natural boobs, I feel as though they are pointy. I didn't want to go with high profile because the projection is there. The first PS wanted me to go 480L & 500R, high profile. Luckily with Dr. Khorsandi' guidance, he showed me that result and it was the exact opposite of what I wanted. I saw (what I call) torpedo boobies on the screen and he assured me that I'd be best with a Moderate profile. He also noted that my R was slightly bigger than my L, which was opposite from the previous PS. Lesson here, don't be afraid to shop around for opinions. It's your body! My ultimate goal is to have round and full boobs that have a natural appearance and drop as well as gorgeous side boob. My current side boob truly looks like they were permanently smashed by a book! He did explain that with my decision, it will fill in that space. I am thankful to have found this site because before here, I couldn't get an insight of personal stories. This is great. Question ladies; I don't have sensitive nipples at all. The feeling in them are almost non existent. "Labiaplasty - ABSOLUTELY worth it!!! (nearly a year on) - Results are amazing - so amazing and natural in fact, that I now feel as though I never had the procedure - hence the late review!!! (can't remember the exact date, but that is close). Labiaplasty is definitely worth it if you get the right surgeon (Dr K!!). The procedure itself was only slightly worse than a dental visit lol.... I wouldn't have liked to have done it without the valium though...The worst part about recovery was the lack of activity - that was really really hard. However, it is only a few weeks and worth the adjustment and wait.It just gets better and better, am so proud of my pretty kitty now! The difference in confidence is subtle but amazing - even in everyday life. It just feels better, and I love shopping for panties now, and can finally wear thongs without feeling uncomfortable.If you want to get this procedure I encourage you. I found Dr. Khorsandi through Instagram and it was clear he was the king of the newly popular Brazilian Butt Lift in Las Vegas. "24 And Ready to Score with a New Nose - I was told I would need an open rhinoplasty procedure with an alar base reduction and cartilage grafting. I have a bulbous nose so then the surgeon would also have to shave down the tip cartilage to make it a bit smaller but not too small in which the bridge of my nose still appears a bit wider or bigger then the tip. "Mod+ over the Muscle - So attentive! Initial consultation agreed on 450 unders, then I booked a second consultation and voice my opinion on overs. He agreed my reasons were valid and I had enough breast tissue to support overs - - 18 hrs post op. No pain meds. Just Tylenol. Decided on 405L/445R over mod plus new natrelle cohesive gel overs. Pre op 34C 5'3" 125 lbs. surgery was only one hour. Pre op assume try from scoliosis. Dr. Khorsandi and his team were amazing. Can't wait to see what they look like. "Nose, Boobs, and Chin! The Works! - Las Vegas, NV - I went to Dr. K based on my research and reading tons of great reviews. This is my face we're talking about! Is there really any bargaining with your face? I don't think so. I go in for a consultation and he made me feel absolutely comfortable. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Office was always really clean and I left with the best chap stick in the world that day. We went over the breast sizes and nose procedure. Dr. K was able to answer all of my questions and doubts. He's going to remember me by this: He even calmed me down at 5am the day of the surgery when I called him in a PANIC worrying about breast size. What if I didnt like my nose? OMG! You cant really go back on any of this! He put my worries to rest by explaining everything one last time. If there is ANYTHING I recommend with Dr. K or any plastic surgeon you wish to go to, is to just TRUST them. If they are anything like Dr. K they will not steer you wrong. I am one very very very happy woman. - - This review comes EXACTLY a year after my surgeries (11/04/2015). I wanted to leave a review an entire year later so I can leave honest feedback and not be persuaded by either great initial results or initial pains and aches. So I make a joke and say that after turning 30 I needed a little tune-up. My transformation went a little beyond the surgeries but it helped put it all together into a NEW ME. After a rigorous diet and exercise regiment, I lost 45 pounds and with that, my boobs. Completely. My nose looked bigger and I had a small double chin. Losing my chest was depressing, especially after being called a "little boy" at work lol. Yeah, I had to fix that, STAT! More than a tune-up I think I got very lucky to have completely transformed myself. It's like life just began at 30! NOSE (Rhinoplasty) I'll start with the most rewarding: my nose. I almost cried when I saw the results. Dr. K is a nose artist! I said "please no Michael Jackson or Miss Piggy. Make it as natural as possible. Please make me pretty!" Needless to say, just look at my after pictures... he delivered! All my life I wanted this surgery but I never took the leap to go in and inquire about it. Truth be told, yes this was a little painful to recover from. Could vary from person-to-person as I was told my breasts would hurt more (which turned out to be painless). You don't know how many times you punch yourself in the nose till you get this surgery. Be very careful changing your clothes. Also wear that tape religiously! It was super helpful for the healing process. I never took it off unless it was time to change it. A YEAR LATER (11/04/2016) - LOVE! Painless and no issues whatsoever. When I contour my makeup, my nose looks exactly how it should without having to worry about bumps. I don't snore at night anymore and I can breathe! Sinuses are gone. BOOBS (Breast Augmentation)I was extremely happy I went with the implants Dr. K recommended. Don't be afraid to go big! For about a week I couldn't look at my boobs telling myself "OMG they're huge!" but as time progressed, I was happy with my selection. If I would've gone any smaller I think I would've been the person saying "I should've gone bigger". I got my implants under my breast. Scars are barely there now and let me tell you this surgery was absolutely painless to me. Maybe a personal experience but it wasn't any worst than a razor cut burn. I got 410cc and here is my number one tip for this: TRUST YOUR DOCTOR! I made the mistake of googling and freaked and confused myself. Something important to remember is not everyone starts off the same size. Whereas I was an A cup, you may be a B cup. So if we both go with 410cc the results will be different. Tell your doctor what you want and let him guide you. I said I wanted "big boobs, not balloons, but still sexy and proportionate to my body." Dr. K once again DELIVERED. I also recommend having someone to help you wash your hair. No way you can do this alone the first week or so. Oh and one more thing! I made the mistake of going outside in 40 degree weather... getting chills and goosebumps hurt my boob's soul! If you do this in the winter DO NOT GO OUTSIDE WITHOUT PROPER CLOTHING! LOL you have been warned. A YEAR LATER (11/04/2016) - They are as settled as they're going to get. They look much more natural now. I feel like Salma Hayek when I wear cleavage. I had to learn how to sleep on my back as I slept on my stomach since I was a baby. No big deal... other than that I'm a VERY happy woman. I rarely walk into a room without getting checked out. Confidence booster for sure! LIPOSUCTION (double-chin) After I dropped 45 pounds I would still see a double chin in my pictures and it really began to bother me. In a world of selfies, something to small and simple made a huge difference in the way my entire face looks. Just look at the picture. I was 105 pounds and I had a double-chin. Everyone insisted it wasn't there but Dr K ended up extracting 40cc of fat from my chin. Oh it was there! This made my throat a little sore post surgery. I wasnt able to turn my face more than 20 degrees in any direction for a couple of weeks but there were really no complications. I wore the gauze to a T. I read a few reviews where people complained about their skin becoming saggy or wrinkled. Not mine. I listened to Dr. K. I wore all the time except for when I showered. A YEAR LATER (11/04/2016) - Chin is still tight! I've been careful about watching my weight. Your doctor will help, but the way you take care of yourself post surgery is up to you. I'm 5'2" and currently 88 lbs. My weight fluctuates a lot between 88 to 92 lbs though. I'm very sedentary because all I do is study when I'm home. Most of my "cardio" (I think it counts) is when I brisk-walk in the hospital and be on my feet for 10-14 hrs in a clinic. I got sized at Victoria Secret last year... I think I got pretty ambitious there, lol... and I still am 28A. Of course they got nothing for me except junior sports bras so I ended up ordering bras from "The Little Bra Company," and they fit me perfectly! September 17, 2015 was my first consulation with a PS. He's very nice and seemed knowledgable, and he sized me up for 250 cc. He was concerned about me getting contractures if I get any bigger so he didn't recommended going above that. He said it was very common among Asians. March 8, 2016 was my 2nd consultation with another incredibly nice and brilliant PS. It took a while for me to book another consultation because I was busy with my clinical rotations. I didn't have any time off. He sized me up for 300 cc, which I thought at that time looked better than the 250 cc. When I left, I thought I would really pick him as my PS, but I went to see another one after 3 weeks.March 24, 2016 was my 3rd and final consultation. He is another incredibly nice PS and I was really impressed with his bedside manners and intelligence. Moreso, I really got hooked to his 3D simulation. So I got sized for 335 cc on my left and 340-360 cc on my right breast. My sentiments, however, are more elevated than usual since I get to spend more time with VIP Plastic Surgery. So I was trying to say on my original review that I wanted to commend Dr. Khorsandi very much even early on at that stage because he was very nice, down-to-earth, intelligent, and made me feel at ease even from the very beginning. The staff at VIP Plastic Surgery was amazing too. I always feel welcomed whenever I’m at the office or when I call them about anything that bothers me during my recovery. The whole team, in general, even the nurses and Anesthesiologist at Seven Hills Surgical Center made me feel comfortable from start to finish of my procedure.Dr. Khorsandi also has been very compassionate. He never treated my concerns with disdain, and he was very patient in answering my questions. All the attributes I mentioned are what I’ve always looked for in a physician. As a medical student, I am more inspired than ever to finish my studies and be just as good and humble as him.
