"So I am updating my review and I'm still giving everyone a 5+ star rating! I did the fraxel on Monday and it's Sunday evening and yes I am still pink but the results are amazing! My hyper pigmentation and most of my texture is gone! I also received a chin implant with Dr K on Wednesday so I'm still swollen with that but I know I'm going to love the result of that as well! Again I need to give a shout put to Mel for being a beast with a laser! She is my go to when it comes to my aesthetic needs and also Dr K for giving me confidence with my profile. I just wish the swelling would go down faster! lol damn lack of patience. Well I now have a laundry list of other things I would like to tweak. And I know VIP is the place I can trust and know I'll get the best work done!"
"I had breast augmentation revision in June 2024. The results are incredible. I researched the entire country before deciding to go with Dr. K . It was worth the trip from Texas. After. nursing 4 kids, and 15 year old implants I was thinking I would need a lift (other surgeons also said I would ) but he was able to give me perfect breasts without one. Now 5 months later I can’t believe these are my boobs. They are literally perfect . Also the staff is amazing and the surgery center treats you like a princess . 10/10 recommend if you are need breast implants or revision . Thank you VIP plastic surgery."
"The dr is amazing. I mean his bedside manner to his skill set Is all 100% top notch! All I had done was my lips a few years ago and I went in twice and got a full syringe each time. Surprisingly they are just now starting to fade away which has me ready to book another appointment. Thank God he is the first dr I went to and the only one I will go to so that I can continue to avoid ever getting botched. I just remember him studying my face and filling my lips according to how they were naturally and making them symmetrical with my face, at least I assume that's what he was doing because he took a minute to just look at me every so often and I completely trust him to make me look even better whenever I see him again. (Hopefully soon!) I have received countless compliments on my lips and most people think they are natural! Even tho I had 2 syringes. I think that's attributed to the fact he didn't just fill my lips just anywhere he really strategically placed the filler in my lips. i had a conversation with him about Botox as well and he gave me a recommendation to just get a little tiny bit to avoid any wrinkles he wasn't money hungry and pushing different procedures on me. I don't quite have the $ to go in yet. It's pretty expensive but you get what you pay for and I definitely won't take the cheap route when it comes to my face or body. If you're considering going to him to get some work done. I would go ahead and book that appointment he's awesome I doubt you will have any regrets"

"Over the last 20 years I've had several procedures among others rhinoplasty, facial and body sculpting with less than satisfactory results. After years of searching and research I felt I had finally found the right Surgeon and after completing several surgeries with Dr Khorsandi I can confidently say I wasn't wrong. Prior to deciding to go with Dr. Khorsandi I decided I wasn't going with just good enough I would only proceed with the best this was a requirement. I required a surgeon that had a certain artistry, the discerning eye of an artist, talent, knowledge and confidence in their ability to do what I wanted. Dr Khorsandi checked off all these boxes. I was confident he would provide me with the outcome I desired. I decided to go ahead and move forward with facial and body surgeries and I'm happy I did. Dr Khorsandi and his staff are incredible, especially his coordinator Patricia Ramos, who was my first point of contact when I first inquired about surgery. Patricia answered probably hundreds of questions without making me feel like I was annoying or obnoxious which I appreciated. She is sweet, personable and always follows up 24/7 no matter how small the concern or concern. The staff is world class and you truly feel like a VIP. As you can guess I asked Dr. Khorsandi hundreds of questions, provided photos of what I desired and he always answers all my questions and always listens to all my concerns. I'm a perfectionist and hard to please and somehow to my satisfaction he always finds a resolution that I’m happy with and that just reinforces my decision to choose him as my Surgeon and why I love this guy. Dr. Khorsandi's eye for the male and female aesthetic (I’m a man) and his artistry with the scalpel is unmatched. He makes men look masculine and handsome and woman look beautiful. I wasn’t very attractive when I walked into his office but I am now. I have to mention he is extremely kind and courteous. He is compassionate and makes me feel comfortable every interaction, every appointment pre or post op. He is sincere and also truly cares about your results. I can't recommend Dr. Khorsandi and his staff enough, words cannot explain how happy I am with the decision I made to have him as my surgeon. I expected my results to be good, but I did not expect them to be this good. Dr. Khorsandi exceeded all expectations and again if you're looking for a surgeon I can't recommend him and his staff enough."
"I love my new breast! Thank you Dr. K for fixing my boobs. I had my breast done 3 years ago and got pregnant a year later. I breast fed and my breast did not get ruined. Literally the best doc and best boob job ever! I also get my Morpheus treatments there and I'm obsessed. I love all their staff, all the girls are super sweet def 10/10 recommend Dr. K"
"Butt implant revision. This will be #4 - So let me start by saying I had gotten my first but implants done in 2010 by Dr. Smith in Las Vegas and they were small and unfortunately I had extra skin below the implant it did not look right so second surgery was with Dr. Smith again asking him to enlarge the implant And he barely did. I guess this was before you could customize the implants in size. So that being said, it looked great when I was bent over, but when I stood straight up, I looked like I had a Grandma butt below the implants and it just did not look good at all. I had zero fat to be able to transfer around the implants itself. So a few years go by and I go to dr grawe in Ohio. She customized my implant size and I was able to get 800 cc everything went well looked great until a year after my surgery. I got really ill and went to the emergency and they realized because I had gotten a x-ray that there was a slight tear in my implant, so I reached out to Dr. grawe and she said she no longer does implants. Realizing why. I have seen so many complaints about her and the sheer heartless manner of the doctor to the patients she worked on. she sad she couldn't help me now So that being said my implant starts tearing and now I'm left with a deformed butt. I've been living with this for four years now because it's just so expensive. I do however have a surgery date for July 16th for my revisions.Updated on 18 Jul 2024:Updated on 18 Jul 2024:He took out my broken implant fixed the pocket and replaced both implants with custom ones. I will let you know the size once I see him today for my follow up. Driving back to San Diego after seeing him. And I have to say this surgery has to be one of the most painful ones to date. Probably due to having to clean my out of the broken implant and reconstructing my pockets to match. I’m thankful to dr k. for helping me since dr grawe didn’t when I told her that my implants broke only a yr after and she was the one that placed them in my body. Dr k said that the type of implants that were used are bad and known to break easily. Aart brand implants he does not recommend and said that when he took out the side that wasn’t split it crumbled in his hand. So be sure to ask your docs which brand they use before having them put into your body. I would have for anyone to go through this due to faulty products. "
"I just celebrated 10 years of being a faithful client of Dr, Choi. Dr Choi, at VIP Surgery, has been keeping me youthful all these years. He did a natural lower facelift back in 2014 However, since I grew up under the unforgiving sun of South America. "Been a patient since 2020. My experience with Dr K (and the entire team at VIP) has been so positive that I come here all the way from Massachusetts. Whether we are touching up my filler or undergoing surgery (ive had incredible results with breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, face/neck lift, and upper bleph) Doc will always be straightforward about being realistic with expectations, its easy to get carried away and expect him to perform mircales lol. I suggest anyone interested in getting work done.. try to be as specific as possible with what your desired outcome is, that way you can learn the most upfront and there wont be any surprises in the end. I noticed some of the negative reviews are from people that have never even stepped foot in the office, its like they just saw an article and decided to dogpile, how is that fair? Try having some perspective and understanding before spreading negativity."
"Stop looking for the best plastic surgeon because you just landed on Dr. Christopher Khorsandi and found the ELITE. I cannot put into short words how grateful I am to have chosen Dr. Khorsandi and his incredible team for my breast augmentation revision. Had I found him sooner I would’ve never had to have a revision in the first place. From the moment I sent my inquiry for a consultation to the day I stepped into his office I just knew I was making the best decision. I expressed my concerns to Dr. Khorsandi and he knew exactly what needed to be done without hesitation or question. The trust was immediate so I moved forward with scheduling the revision. At pre-op everything was solidified and bloodwork was done to make sure I was in good health to even have the procedure which wasn’t something my previous surgeon did. Fast forward to surgery day, check in was seamless and I was in the operating room before I knew it. With my revision Dr. Khorsandi had to repair my pockets and add a Galaflex internal mesh to prevent them from bottoming out again and falling into my armpits. With all of this there was certainly more discomfort this time around but it was worth it in the end. My insecurity is gone and my confidence is through the roof. So I just want to thank Dr. Khorsandi, Patricia, Sara, Yadira, Tina, Melanie, and everyone on his team for all they have done. I’ve now done Dysport and Laser Tattoo removal with them because they are WORTH IT. Now, I just want to add that when I came to write the review I noticed some recent negative reviews that are just completely absurd. Most of which come from people who have only left negative reviews wherever they go. One in specific left negative reviews on multiple plastic surgeons in the valley so if you’re reading this I hope you’re grown enough to understand that there are malicious people everywhere who attack businesses behind keyboards and have never stepped foot in this office. Make the call for your consultation because you will not regret it and you'll see for yourself that you're in the best hands."
"Dr. Khorsandi is the Best !!! He is extremely skillful, professional, and kind. I enjoy his sense of humor and his team is amazingly kind and professional. Dr. K listened attentively to my concerns regarding my nose. I had rhinoplasty four months ago and i am in love with my new self!!! I am a completely different person. Ever since surgery my self-esteem has drastically improved. Since i was 14 years old i could never take pictures because I hated my nose! Can’t believe how beautiful i look when i take pics. now finally at age 35!! Most importantly, I feel beautiful and attractive !! It’s amazing how skilled top-notch best of the best professionals such as Dr. K can impact/improve your life!! I did extensive research to make sure i had found the right surgeon. He was highly recommended and i am extremely pleased with my results. Only regret i have is not having found him sooner! My nose is symmetrical to my face and proportionately smaller. "Several of our staff and Talent have used this practice for a few different treatments, we had all good experiences and wanted to share below: Laser Tattoo Removal: After using 4 different laser professionals over the years, theirs is by far the strongest and most powerful thus far. More ink was removed in 1 session than any previous session with others. Morpheus: Was skeptical this would actually work.. but within 10 days the little tuft under the chin was GONE. And the slight sagging along the jawline gone ( we only did next/chin/jawline not entire face ). Will definitely repeat once a year to remain snatched! Patient age 37 and fit w/ trouble tightening that specific area with exercise / diet alone. This really worked. A++ Lip lift: For those who can't achieve the high cupids bow look with filler or want to minimize how much filler they need, slam dunk. Recovery was easy, looked 7-8 years younger post-op. Game changer. Finally the lips always desired and without filler. C02 Laser: Used 1 year post-op from lip lift to minimize scarring. Depending on how your body heals / how you scar a white spider-y scar can develop over time. 1-2 sessions with the C02 laser and it's nearly invisible. Some prefer to do their whole face for fresh youthful skin and the results we saw were GREAT. Also - Mel is amazing we love her!! And Dr K is highly experienced, makes you feel comfortable and the process fun. Highly recommend VIP for literally everything ❤️"

"Just wanted to pop on here and leave an honest review for Dr Korsandi. I myself have not had any work done by him but my younger sister had vaser 360 lipo with him 2 years ago! She face timed me during her recovery immediately after surgery and I got to see her results week of. When I finally saw her in person I was shocked as to how beautiful, natural and perfect her shape was. He had meticulously sculpted her midsection, sides, and back, to where her bum just popped! She already had a nice bum so all he had to do was sculpt her in all the right places to create an hourglass. She did not have any complications and healed beautifully! I’m still shocked as to how natural her results are, just can’t take my eyes off her when she is here visiting. If I was younger I would definitely go to him!"

"I really enjoyed my experience here, I went in requesting a microneedling session for acne and scarring (no idea what I needed) and was pleasently surprised to learn more than expected. I was encouraged to have a more affective facial and laser treatment to clear the acne first and then in time move forward with microneedling after my acne is addressed. I didn't feel pressured into buying more things or spending more money, I felt taken care of. I was with Jacqui from the moment she greated me at the door. She is absolutely lovely. Overall the recovery was pretty easy. Lots of tylenol, Netflix and sleep (elevated on a wedge pillow). My face swelled up pretty bad, but by week two, it wasn't so bad. I'd definitely recommend taking two to three weeks offa work to fully heal- from the eyebrow lift that is-the lip lift I felt fine almost immediately, no pain, and minimal swelling. I'm two weeks out now and I feel almost back to normal. My face is tight and I can't really move my top lip yet but in time I'll feel even better. I already love the results. Dr. Khorsandi is amazing!Updated on 30 Nov 2021:Hey guys, I'm about three weeks out from my eyebrow and lip lift. I just put on eye makeup for the first time post op. My orbital bone is still a little sensitive. I can't move my eyebrows just yet, and my top lip is still pretty stiff. I also can't open my jaw all the way yet, but I just gotta be patient. In time everything will heal. I haven't worn face make up or straightened my hair yet, but I plan to this Friday; so I'll post another pic then.Updated on 3 Dec 2021:Hey guys, tonight is my first night back to work. I'm wearing face makeup for the first time post op. Definitely gotta keep the incisions moisturized well so the powder can go on okay without being too peely. Told y'all I'd post more pics so here's a couple.Updated on 8 Dec 2021:Hi guys, I reached the one month post op mark. Each week everything heals more and more. My face is still tight but I can somewhat move my eyebrows and my top lip isn't stiff anymore. I'm going to be getting prp on the area's where I had staples in my scalp to help regrow the hair in that area soon. I'll document how that goes as well.Updated on 28 Jan 2022:Heyyy guys, I said I would document how my prp treatments are going; So I'm about one month out from my first treatment to the area where the staples were from my brow lift. I have baby hairs growing back. I get my second prp treatment in three days. I'm pretty confident that it'll help my hair grow pretty much fully back in those areas. I'm almost three months out from my brow and lip lift. I feel back to normal with the exception of my scalp still being numb which is normal. It takes about 6 to 12 months to gain feeling back."

My face is still tight but I can somewhat move my eyebrows and my top lip isn't stiff anymore. I'm going to be getting prp on the area's where I had staples in my scalp to help regrow the hair in that area soon. I'll document how that goes as well.Updated on 28 Jan 2022:Heyyy guys, I said I would document how my prp treatments are going; So I'm about one month out from my first treatment to the area where the staples were from my brow lift. I have baby hairs growing back. I get my second prp treatment in three days. I'm pretty confident that it'll help my hair grow pretty much fully back in those areas. I'm almost three months out from my brow and lip lift. I feel back to normal with the exception of my scalp still being numb which is normal. It takes about 6 to 12 months to gain feeling back.Updated on 1 Jun 2022:Hey you all! I'm a little over seven months post op. Most final results you can pretty much see at the 6 month time mark. Everything's moving and looking good. No stiffness at all and I'm finally slowly gaining feeling back in my scalp. The incision around my nose did kinda stretch a little so I'm going in once a month for fraxel treatments around that scar to fix it up. I'm also still doing my prp treatments to where the incision was in my scalp. You can see my baby hairs growing around my hairline now. Pics posted :)"

"Minor stomach lipo & Fupa lift - overall, I really recommend VIP! - I figured to leave a good review on here. Because the Doctor is cool & does a good job for real. I was skeptic & scared at first due to lack of 'before & after' photos on the site or any videos, but thankfully, he really is good.I'm 5'3, 114 pounds. I had a minimal fat on my stomach that you could see mainly just when I sat down which is natural but I wanted to get rid of it anyway & Pubic area lift because after 10 pounds of Quarantine 2020 weight loss, that FUPA was just not going away. Dr. Khorsandi did a good job. The scar looked pretty scary at first but in 1 month it just turned into a thin pink line that will eventually fade.I read reviews that people complained that he seemed not very carrying, I must disagree, He's very caring. They are just really busy & have to take patients fast. So with FUPA lift... be prepared to have a brutal discomfort for the first 3-4 days. No pain really, just extreme discomfort, weird unpleasant sensations & slow careful walking. It gets better every 7 days I noticed.Anesthesiologist doctor was really cool too. I had panic attacks before the procedure from being afraid but everything went very well. It felt like I slept for 20 minutes when in reality it was about 2-3 hours. Prices at VIP are better than in stupid LA too. California is obnoxious with pricing! Overall, I really recommend VIP! You will not be disappointed."
"Best Decision of my Life - I had a rhinoplasty and liposuction on my chin/neck area by Doctor Khorsandi exactly one year ago in July of 2020. I have hated my nose and side profile my ENTIRE life. I would never take pictures of myself looking to the side because I was so embarrassed of it. I definitely wouldn’t take any negative comments seriously because all the other amazing things I read about him and his office were completely on point. I went in for a breast augmentation & showed him a picture, told him that’s what I want and let him do the rest. I let him choose sizing, profile, etc. and very happy I did. When you read up a lot on implants you think you know what you’re talking about until you go to a professional and they say something else other than what you think, it can be conflicting but I chose to go with my gut & allow him to make all the decisions. I was scared at the sizing he chose, it sounded like they were gonna be too big but I was totally wrong, they came out perfectly! "I chose VIP Plastic Surgery for a MiraDry treatment that significantly reduces underarm perspiration, odor, and hair growth. Melanie was my wonderful esthetician who answered every one of my million questions. She was also very kind and great to chat with during the process to keep my mind occupied. For those who want to learn about the procedure: It began with me laying down and her measuring the area to be treated. Next a stencil is drawn on, similar to one before a tattoo. Lidocaine injections are then administered until the area is fully numb. Finally, a device is pressed repeatedly into the area for approximately 25-35 minutes per underarm. Ice packs are applied upon completion. Melanie ensured that I was always comfortable, informed, and that I had a great experience.
