This patient had previously underwent a facelift 10 years prior but had lost some weight. She was concerned with the loss of volume in her cheeks. Several Options were discussed with the patient including fillers such as sculptra and radiesse. It was determined that the volume needed would make "off the shelf" fillers financially prohibitive. The patient opted for fat transfer because of its longevity, durability and potential for large volume transfers. In all the patient had approximately 14 cc of fat placed per side.
