"Over the last 20 years I've had several procedures among others rhinoplasty, facial and body sculpting with less than satisfactory results. After years of searching and research I felt I had finally found the right Surgeon and after completing several surgeries with Dr Khorsandi I can confidently say I wasn't wrong. Prior to deciding to go with Dr. Khorsandi I decided I wasn't going with just good enough I would only proceed with the best this was a requirement. I required a surgeon that had a certain artistry, the discerning eye of an artist, talent, knowledge and confidence in their ability to do what I wanted. Dr Khorsandi checked off all these boxes. I was confident he would provide me with the outcome I desired. I decided to go ahead and move forward with facial and body surgeries and I'm happy I did. Dr Khorsandi and his staff are incredible, especially his coordinator Patricia Ramos, who was my first point of contact when I first inquired about surgery. Patricia answered probably hundreds of questions without making me feel like I was annoying or obnoxious which I appreciated. She is sweet, personable and always follows up 24/7 no matter how small the concern or concern. The staff is world class and you truly feel like a VIP. As you can guess I asked Dr. Khorsandi hundreds of questions, provided photos of what I desired and he always answers all my questions and always listens to all my concerns. I'm a perfectionist and hard to please and somehow to my satisfaction he always finds a resolution that I’m happy with and that just reinforces my decision to choose him as my Surgeon and why I love this guy. Dr. Khorsandi's eye for the male and female aesthetic (I’m a man) and his artistry with the scalpel is unmatched. He makes men look masculine and handsome and woman look beautiful. I wasn’t very attractive when I walked into his office but I am now. I have to mention he is extremely kind and courteous. He is compassionate and makes me feel comfortable every interaction, every appointment pre or post op. He is sincere and also truly cares about your results. I can't recommend Dr. Khorsandi and his staff enough, words cannot explain how happy I am with the decision I made to have him as my surgeon. I expected my results to be good, but I did not expect them to be this good. Dr. Khorsandi exceeded all expectations and again if you're looking for a surgeon I can't recommend him and his staff enough."
"Minor stomach lipo & Fupa lift - overall, I really recommend VIP! - I figured to leave a good review on here. Because the Doctor is cool & does a good job for real. I was skeptic & scared at first due to lack of 'before & after' photos on the site or any videos, but thankfully, he really is good.I'm 5'3, 114 pounds. I had a minimal fat on my stomach that you could see mainly just when I sat down which is natural but I wanted to get rid of it anyway & Pubic area lift because after 10 pounds of Quarantine 2020 weight loss, that FUPA was just not going away. Dr. Khorsandi did a good job. The scar looked pretty scary at first but in 1 month it just turned into a thin pink line that will eventually fade.I read reviews that people complained that he seemed not very carrying, I must disagree, He's very caring. They are just really busy & have to take patients fast. So with FUPA lift... be prepared to have a brutal discomfort for the first 3-4 days. No pain really, just extreme discomfort, weird unpleasant sensations & slow careful walking. It gets better every 7 days I noticed.Anesthesiologist doctor was really cool too. I had panic attacks before the procedure from being afraid but everything went very well. It felt like I slept for 20 minutes when in reality it was about 2-3 hours. Prices at VIP are better than in stupid LA too. California is obnoxious with pricing! Overall, I really recommend VIP! You will not be disappointed."
"Best Decision of my Life - I had a rhinoplasty and liposuction on my chin/neck area by Doctor Khorsandi exactly one year ago in July of 2020. I have hated my nose and side profile my ENTIRE life. I would never take pictures of myself looking to the side because I was so embarrassed of it. I finally decided that I needed to do something about it so I came to real self to look at doctors and read reviews. When I came across Doctor Khorsandi I was so impressed with the reviews and before and after photos I booked a consultation. The whole process was so easy and everyone was so nice! Doctor Khorsandi created an image of my nose and how it would turn out and I loved it but the day before my surgery there was something I wanted to change. I was hesitant to call and ask if this was something that I could do because I did not want them to be annoyed that I waited until the last minute, but I did and they were SO understanding. They got me right in and Doctor Khorsandi tweaked the image perfectly and with no complaints that I had been annoying and wanted a change lol. I truly can’t fully express in this review how happy I am with how everything turned out. I get so many compliments on my nose…literally just last night at the bar I was approached by a guy who said “I know this is a really random thing to compliment but you have a beautiful nose” and that was not the first time someone randomly approached me and said that since having my surgery. "Doctor Khorsandi is extremely professional and straight to the point . He doesn't promise false results like other doctors . He is realistic, honest, and doesn't waste time. He has done an amazing job on my nose, breasts, and recently lipo. My first Brazilian butt lift was with another doctor and I had extremely minimal results . With Dr.Khorsandi right after surgery I saw amazing results! Many doctors rejected me for another bbl because "I didn't have enough fat" however that wasn't the case with this doctor. He took time to listen and knew exactly what I wanted with each procedure. My nose was my biggest insecurity, it never looked like it belonged to my face. It's been over a year since my nose job and I have a nose that looks like I was born with it! I did not want to write a review because I wanted anonymity. I was compelled to type because I have so much appreciation for his work. Especially after this last surgery, I never thought I could be so sculpted! Doctor Khorsandi is a literal artist! A couple of years prior to my ten year replacement anniversary, my best friend invited me to VIP’s open house event. My friend use to work with Dr. Khorsandi, prior to him opening his own practice. She saw first hand how he consulted with potential patients and was in awe of his professionalism with his consultations. He never promised anything he couldn’t deliver and always had the patients best health reasons and safety in mind. This impressed my friend and why she always spoke very highly of Dr. Khorsandi and had the upmost respect for him. She also witnessed how devoted and serious he was in his career and how hard he studied for his medical board certifications. At the open house event, I met Dr. Khorsandi and he gave me consultation on what I wanted done with my breast reduction. I was very pleased with what he could offer me. "Dr. Korsandi is a wonderful plastic surgeon. This review is a bit late, but I had an issue that he was unable to address. After talking to me for a while and discussing limited options, he asked what I thought about flying to FL. I said, why not? So, with me in the office, he called an associate in FL and made arrangements for me. I really appreciate all the time he spent with me. The office is beautiful and he is my dream boat!!! "Dr k is simply amazing I had lipo 360 and my results are incredible better than expected I’m SNATCHED SNATCHED he sculpted my body and gave me curves that I didn’t even have when I was at my goal weight plus he’s super nice and caring so are the girls in his office they are a dream team my whole experience from the consultation to the surgery and post care was 10 out of 10 I could not have asked for a better experience or outcome I was referred to him from my sister dr k did an ethnic rhinoplasty on her which was also incredible he is well versed in different surgeries after seeing my results my sisters are planning there surgeries with dr k he will be the family doc I am soooo thankful I found dr k and wish nothing but amazing blessings on him and his practice I wake up confident everyday because of vip plastic surgery and will be forever thankful"
"Restylane for Nasolabial - I was so nervous about filler in my nasolabial . Previous to Dr Khorsandi from VIP Plastic surgery in Las Vegas , I had a nurse practitioner inject and because she did not use the correct product and because she went too superficial I had unevenness and was very distressed about it. I interviewed several other providers to try and see how to correct and each provider , ( several other plastic surgeons, cosmetic family doctor , nurses with years of experience ) had several different opinions. One recommended surgery!NO ONE EXCEPT DR KHORSANDI KNEW HOW TO FIX IT! Not only did he solve my problem, and explain how and why, he used a dental block and there was no pain. The problemWas I was unevenly filled and Dr K has to inject more filler deep into the bone to even out the nasolabial. I laughingly named Dr K - “magic hands” I won’t ever go to anyone else for my skin or face. I am extremely happy and highly recommend him. When I asked him about other potential filler in my face he quickly said “ you don’t need it.” I appreciate his honestly , skill, professionalism. Best injector ever. His staff was also amazing and knowledgeable . His medical assistant Melanie was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. 5 Stars!"

"I am almost 2 years post-surgery for migraine relief. I had a occipital nerve release done to help me with 18 years of severe migraines following a bad car accident. "It's been a week today, and as horrible of an experience I had at the other surgeons office this past year, without that creep I would never have found Dr Khorsandi. He really is a miracle worker, and I hope these reviews will help people to not make the mistake I did. Don't go by the first surgeon that your search produces. Make sure you read the reviews. I can't say names, but my name dosnt change I'm 2 weeks post op, Dr Khorsandi is amazing, there is no scar nothing, unbelievable. Plus he is so easy to talk to, he actually comes in and takes the stitches out himself, and bullshits with you, his office is clean and his staff makes you feel right at home. I hate that I wasted time and money on another surgeon that could care less about me. Six weeks ago I received a facial thread lift and I am amazed at the natural results that will continue to improve as collagen builds. "Two years ago Dr. Khorsandi worked his magic on me and I couldn't have been happier. So when I wanted to get BBL and hi def on my stomach, I knew exactly who to go to! Of course, I still did some research at 3 other doctors just to make a good decision. I chose Dr. Khorsandi even though his prices was the highest because he was professional, straight forward, honest, listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable through his experience and results. "Dr. Khorsandi and his team are literally angels on planet earth. They will pick you up from the airport, drop you off at your hotel, feed you, and take you back to your hotel. They are very caring and they all know their job extremely well. There is no need to worry about a bad procedure with these guys. They will take care of you even after the surgery and you can always text them if you have anything you are worried about. They all have a good sense of humor. Surgery with them was like hanging out with my old friends. I hope they all live long and prosper."
"Butt implants Day 1 - Hey Guys! I got out of surgery yesterday and went home around 5 ! I was very very sleepy . I woke up with some pain but took my medication and went away with in minutes ! I can walk for long amounts of time with little to no pain , I just can’t bend over to pick up things because It does hurt and you can feel it pull/stretch. I also did my post op today and my doctor was very impressed on how I look and how I can walk good and everything looks and feels good ! I got Butt implants IN the muscle btw , 400cc on each sideUpdated on 16 May 2018:Starting to get painful , it’s harder for me to walk then it was yesterday . Still the pain is very manageable . Staying on top of my pain meds and muscle relaxers and antibiotics! My new Booty looks very good and I’m already happy ! I’m very excited to see the final product at 4-6 weeks ! The pain is NOT what I thought it was going to be , I thought it was going to be way more painful ( as of now ). Updated on 17 May 2018:No pain , no nothing , my muscles feel pretty tight when I walk though but it’s only day 3 almost 4! My new Butt looks amazing and it hasn’t even dropped yet or “fluffed “ yet! I haven’t had a problem with laying on my stomach but I usually sleep like this any ways .Also WALK AS MUCH AS YOU CAN!! I really feel like the more I walk the better I feel and the faster you will heal! Take it slow and don’t rush your self but try to walk every 2 hours for at least 10 minutes !! That has REALLY helped me .Updated on 18 May 2018:Still in some pain but the pain meds make it way easier ( obviously ) But right now I’m hoping it gets bigger , I know there is a “fluffing “ stage and I know they drop so I hope that’s when it starts to get bigger ! ??Updated on 23 Nov 2018:Dr . Khorsandi did my butt implants AND I LOVE THEM!!! They look amazing ! Then feel amazing and I had NO complications and I have NO complaints what so ever !!! They came out AMAZING ! "BODY tite, LIPO, fat grafting - he's the best liposuction doctor ever..he made me feel so comfortable about the procedure. even going in the day OF surgery.WE did body tite with lipo and fat grafting.i loved how my body turned out completely, and even after procedure he really cares for his patients and wants to have follow ups to make sure everything went smoothly. they have a 24 hour hot line if you have any urgent questions they are always there.I literally was up and walking around the next day, lolTIPS: MAKE sure you get lots of baggy sweat pants , GO to your for your follow ups , and get lymphatic massages, and rest a lot. AND wear your garment all the time. and no sitting on the precious butt you just paid for lol.I even do my vampire facials (PRP) here and melanie is such a doll. she really cares for her patients and I trust her with my life lol.she has the best advice for your skin needs and is fun to talk to while getting it done i literally fly from LA just to come to this VIP plastic surgery because they are so good.."

Prior to seeing Dr. Khorsandi I had illegal/black market silicone injections on my buttocks, a few years later my silicone injections started to take a toll on me. At that time, I suffered from hair loss, numbness, fatigue, and skin discoloration just to name a few of the consequences I had to phase. Shortly, I had the silicone injections removed by surgeon#2, my butt was then deformed and he proceeded to fix it by performing a BBL, but that was a complete fail. All of my fat turned to liquid and died. It had to be surgically removed because it could not be aspirated with a needle and syringe.
I felt hideous with my deformities, and searched for other solutions. I decided to get butt implants (by another surgeon) this surgeon#3 was supposed to give me what was best but long story short, he didn’t. He gave me implants that were way too big, wide, and heavy for my petite frame. One of the implants didn’t fully drop and the other one had dropped a little too much. I had so much lose skin from all the trauma and at certain angles I could see my butt implants.
My butt was one hot mess and I really thought there was no solution for it, until I met Dr. Khorsandi. I was expecting him to turn me away, because I knew how hard it would be to fix me. Dr K. saw how much I needed his help and he gladly took on my case. I told him I was not looking for perfection, but to look and feel normal. He went above and beyond what I asked for!My surgery with Dr. K consisted of Vaser lipo/bbl, body tite on abdomen, Butt implant removal, and a lower body lift to help with all the lose skin and now I can’t believe how incredible I look. "BBL Story: First off, and this is super important to understand, I am 5'4" and 118 pounds before and after my procedure..I did NOT come to Dr. K for weight loss. I always hated the shape of my body, and people always told me I was too small and crazy to think that a bbl would work for me...I didn't have enough fat. That is absolutely untrue and Dr. K proved that! I literally referred to myself as "noodle body" my whole life bc of the awkward way my sides went in at my hips, and came back out as love handles (picture it..it's awkward lol). When I came for my consult, Dr. K really listened, and you could see the wheels turning as he examined the noodle. He created a computer image of what he could do and I seriously wanted to cry looking at it. Finally, someone who actually understood what I was talking about!! "When I first thought about getting lipo on my abs, I did not know what to expect and the differences of the technologies/brand names. I called another plastic surgeon, for the convenience of being in town (LA County), for price quote, technology, and expectations but, felt unwelcomed and wanted to charge every penny for every bit of the concerned area that I had. "Labiaplasty - ABSOLUTELY worth it!!! (nearly a year on) - Results are amazing - so amazing and natural in fact, that I now feel as though I never had the procedure - hence the late review!!! (can't remember the exact date, but that is close). Labiaplasty is definitely worth it if you get the right surgeon (Dr K!!). The procedure itself was only slightly worse than a dental visit lol.... I wouldn't have liked to have done it without the valium though...The worst part about recovery was the lack of activity - that was really really hard. However, it is only a few weeks and worth the adjustment and wait.It just gets better and better, am so proud of my pretty kitty now! The difference in confidence is subtle but amazing - even in everyday life. "Perfectionist Wanting Gorgeous Curvy Shape - My doctor was and still is amazing. He listens to exactly what you want and achieves it. "Nose, Boobs, and Chin! The Works! - Las Vegas, NV - I went to Dr. K based on my research and reading tons of great reviews. This is my face we're talking about! Is there really any bargaining with your face? I don't think so. I go in for a consultation and he made me feel absolutely comfortable. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Office was always really clean and I left with the best chap stick in the world that day. We went over the breast sizes and nose procedure. Dr. K was able to answer all of my questions and doubts. He's going to remember me by this: He even calmed me down at 5am the day of the surgery when I called him in a PANIC worrying about breast size. What if I didnt like my nose? OMG! You cant really go back on any of this! He put my worries to rest by explaining everything one last time. If there is ANYTHING I recommend with Dr. K or any plastic surgeon you wish to go to, is to just TRUST them. If they are anything like Dr. K they will not steer you wrong. I am one very very very happy woman. - - This review comes EXACTLY a year after my surgeries (11/04/2015). I wanted to leave a review an entire year later so I can leave honest feedback and not be persuaded by either great initial results or initial pains and aches. So I make a joke and say that after turning 30 I needed a little tune-up. My transformation went a little beyond the surgeries but it helped put it all together into a NEW ME. After a rigorous diet and exercise regiment, I lost 45 pounds and with that, my boobs. Completely. My nose looked bigger and I had a small double chin. Losing my chest was depressing, especially after being called a "little boy" at work lol. Yeah, I had to fix that, STAT! More than a tune-up I think I got very lucky to have completely transformed myself. It's like life just began at 30! NOSE (Rhinoplasty) I'll start with the most rewarding: my nose. I almost cried when I saw the results. Dr. K is a nose artist! I said "please no Michael Jackson or Miss Piggy. Make it as natural as possible. Please make me pretty!" Needless to say, just look at my after pictures... he delivered! All my life I wanted this surgery but I never took the leap to go in and inquire about it. Truth be told, yes this was a little painful to recover from. Could vary from person-to-person as I was told my breasts would hurt more (which turned out to be painless). You don't know how many times you punch yourself in the nose till you get this surgery. Be very careful changing your clothes. Also wear that tape religiously! It was super helpful for the healing process. I never took it off unless it was time to change it. A YEAR LATER (11/04/2016) - LOVE! Painless and no issues whatsoever. When I contour my makeup, my nose looks exactly how it should without having to worry about bumps. I don't snore at night anymore and I can breathe! Sinuses are gone. BOOBS (Breast Augmentation)I was extremely happy I went with the implants Dr. K recommended. Don't be afraid to go big! For about a week I couldn't look at my boobs telling myself "OMG they're huge!" but as time progressed, I was happy with my selection. If I would've gone any smaller I think I would've been the person saying "I should've gone bigger". I got my implants under my breast. Scars are barely there now and let me tell you this surgery was absolutely painless to me. Maybe a personal experience but it wasn't any worst than a razor cut burn. I got 410cc and here is my number one tip for this: TRUST YOUR DOCTOR! I made the mistake of googling and freaked and confused myself. Something important to remember is not everyone starts off the same size. Whereas I was an A cup, you may be a B cup. So if we both go with 410cc the results will be different. Tell your doctor what you want and let him guide you. I said I wanted "big boobs, not balloons, but still sexy and proportionate to my body." Dr. K once again DELIVERED. I also recommend having someone to help you wash your hair. No way you can do this alone the first week or so. Oh and one more thing! I made the mistake of going outside in 40 degree weather... getting chills and goosebumps hurt my boob's soul! If you do this in the winter DO NOT GO OUTSIDE WITHOUT PROPER CLOTHING! LOL you have been warned. A YEAR LATER (11/04/2016) - They are as settled as they're going to get. They look much more natural now. I feel like Salma Hayek when I wear cleavage. I had to learn how to sleep on my back as I slept on my stomach since I was a baby. No big deal... other than that I'm a VERY happy woman. I rarely walk into a room without getting checked out. Confidence booster for sure! LIPOSUCTION (double-chin) After I dropped 45 pounds I would still see a double chin in my pictures and it really began to bother me. In a world of selfies, something to small and simple made a huge difference in the way my entire face looks. Just look at the picture. I was 105 pounds and I had a double-chin. Everyone insisted it wasn't there but Dr K ended up extracting 40cc of fat from my chin. Oh it was there! This made my throat a little sore post surgery. I wasnt able to turn my face more than 20 degrees in any direction for a couple of weeks but there were really no complications. I wore the gauze to a T. I read a few reviews where people complained about their skin becoming saggy or wrinkled. Not mine. I listened to Dr. K. I wore all the time except for when I showered. A YEAR LATER (11/04/2016) - Chin is still tight! I've been careful about watching my weight. Your doctor will help, but the way you take care of yourself post surgery is up to you. Hope my review helps anyone that is unsure about taking this step. Don't think about it twice and go for it! My friend Steph picked me up the day the unveiling happened, and she ended up getting her boobs done with Dr K also. "I had a upper and lower bleph done in 2012 due to some sagging skin and extra fat under my eyes. I loved the upper bleph at the time, but the lower bleph, I was never happy with. I had a lots of extra skin making it look like crepey skin underneath. I started searching for a new dr to help me fix the issue. I had a revision of a lower bleph done along with a fat transfer and skin removal under my eyes from Dr Khorsandi. I am currently about 2 weeks post op and I have love what he has done. I have had people tell me I look 10 years younger already!!! I am still seeing some settling being done and with fat transfer it is difficult to know what will take and what won't. I am going back for some fillers to fill in some hollow spots and also the Fraxel to correct some skin issues and tightening - I really wish I would have found Dr Khorsandi before! I would have had him do everything!!!! Before, during and after my surgery he had been amazing. I have never had a dr spend as much time answering my questions and taking their time with me pre-op. I've been to many consultations in town and many in Beverly Hills as well. I'm a very picky person and cost wasn't an issue for me. I only wanted to go with a doctor and practice that I was comfortable with. It was very impt to pick a doctor that understood what I was going for. Natural but sexy look and not over done. Dr khorsandi is a true artist and gave me the body i always wanted. This office is very professional and clean. The staff are very welcoming. Catherine the manager would always be available for me. She is very sweet and patience with my needs not to mention pretty too. I highly recommend VIP to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon. You will not be disappointed.My sculptra in my butt looks so natural. I am very happy with the results. There was no down time for this and it was absolutely amazing!!! "Prior to going to see doctor Khorsandi . I also went to a fews consultant. VIP plastic surgery made me feel very comfortable. The doctor really listened to what I was telling him unlike other doctors. I have sculptra done in my butt and I'm very happy. The doctor injection 20 vial into my butt there is no down time at all . I was able to drive home with problem. I'm very happy with the result so far and the way I've been treated here. Everyone is very nice and doctor K does very good work. "I Am So Happy with my Results! - Henderson, NV - I had lipo all over my body then fat injected back into my butt. Before deciding on VIP plastic surgery I went to 3 other doctors. "Rhino & Chin Liposuction - Henderson, NV - He is a great physician. The more time you spend with him, the more you get to know him, and it shows how much attention he pays to you as a person, to get to understand what you do not like, like, and want and do not want. He can anticipate a whole lot, before you get even there, and offers insight when you need it. - - Rhino turned out fantastic. Shocking at first, but completely worth it. Initial photos were not saved, had to be redone, but was quickly re-booked and offered an apology. Follow-up phone calls, emails, and concerns were addressed promptly, and tremendous support and understanding was given to help alleviate any stress. I, hesitated a lot from fear but wanted it done for 20 years! Just could not muster the guts to do it, and also was not sure, if I would be pleased with the results. I searched for the best physician in town for Rhinoplasty no matter the cost. Dr. K is expensive compared to every other plastic surgeons in the area. You get what you pay for, bottom line. I have seen and heard horrible results and stories first hand, making it worse for me to undergo this procedure.The support is definitely there with the Staff, especially if you do not have anyone else (which I did not). Be patient with the wait time. Just imagine every patient before you has an appointment, and if he is taking his time addressing all their concerns and needs, you know he is going to do the same with you, and he does. He is a very caring physician. I pointed stuff out on my nose afterwards, which was just swelling (I laugh now cause he looked so concerned) because he thought it was a big deal to me. I was just curious, checking my new face out! It was small minor swelling from after post-op. If I had pointed something else, he would have addressed those concerns just as much. If I had known him sooner. I would have messed with him a little bit, just point at different things, and make him look, then tell him it's fine just to give him a hard time and laugh inside at how serious he is about his work and his patients concerns. You can totally get him on it (heads up). Loving my new face. :)"
