"The dr is amazing. I mean his bedside manner to his skill set Is all 100% top notch! All I had done was my lips a few years ago and I went in twice and got a full syringe each time. Surprisingly they are just now starting to fade away which has me ready to book another appointment. Thank God he is the first dr I went to and the only one I will go to so that I can continue to avoid ever getting botched. I just remember him studying my face and filling my lips according to how they were naturally and making them symmetrical with my face, at least I assume that's what he was doing because he took a minute to just look at me every so often and I completely trust him to make me look even better whenever I see him again. (Hopefully soon!) I have received countless compliments on my lips and most people think they are natural! Even tho I had 2 syringes. I think that's attributed to the fact he didn't just fill my lips just anywhere he really strategically placed the filler in my lips. i had a conversation with him about Botox as well and he gave me a recommendation to just get a little tiny bit to avoid any wrinkles he wasn't money hungry and pushing different procedures on me. I don't quite have the $ to go in yet. It's pretty expensive but you get what you pay for and I definitely won't take the cheap route when it comes to my face or body. If you're considering going to him to get some work done. I would go ahead and book that appointment he's awesome I doubt you will have any regrets"
"Stop looking for the best plastic surgeon because you just landed on Dr. Christopher Khorsandi and found the ELITE. I cannot put into short words how grateful I am to have chosen Dr. Khorsandi and his incredible team for my breast augmentation revision. Had I found him sooner I would’ve never had to have a revision in the first place. From the moment I sent my inquiry for a consultation to the day I stepped into his office I just knew I was making the best decision. I expressed my concerns to Dr. Khorsandi and he knew exactly what needed to be done without hesitation or question. The trust was immediate so I moved forward with scheduling the revision. At pre-op everything was solidified and bloodwork was done to make sure I was in good health to even have the procedure which wasn’t something my previous surgeon did. Fast forward to surgery day, check in was seamless and I was in the operating room before I knew it. With my revision Dr. Khorsandi had to repair my pockets and add a Galaflex internal mesh to prevent them from bottoming out again and falling into my armpits. With all of this there was certainly more discomfort this time around but it was worth it in the end. My insecurity is gone and my confidence is through the roof. So I just want to thank Dr. Khorsandi, Patricia, Sara, Yadira, Tina, Melanie, and everyone on his team for all they have done. I’ve now done Dysport and Laser Tattoo removal with them because they are WORTH IT. Now, I just want to add that when I came to write the review I noticed some recent negative reviews that are just completely absurd. Most of which come from people who have only left negative reviews wherever they go. One in specific left negative reviews on multiple plastic surgeons in the valley so if you’re reading this I hope you’re grown enough to understand that there are malicious people everywhere who attack businesses behind keyboards and have never stepped foot in this office. Make the call for your consultation because you will not regret it and you'll see for yourself that you're in the best hands."
"My mom had a facial and botox in December. She is very happy with the results. She doesn't speak English, but Kassie was wonderful with her and explained her each treatments and made her feel comfortable. The next time my mom visits me, she will come back for the same services."

"I went to Dr. Khorsandi at VIP for Botox and fillers. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had - he listens to what you want and what your "goals" are. He takes his time with the procedure and doesn’t rush anything, and because of this there was no pain. He is not trying to “sell” nor is he interested in anything other than the best aesthetic outcome possible. I was very nervous to have any filler in my face but Dr K is so talented , and skillful, I quickly realized I never had to worry. He is not a nurse or doctor doing this part time or for a quick buck. He cares about the best possible outcome. His aesthetician Melanie and front staff are also wonderful. If staying youthful and having beautiful skin is important to you , look no further! 100% recommend and the consult is free! "Dr. Khorsandi is absolutely amazing! I was bit by a dog when I was 1 year old which left a scar on the right side of my upper lip, I had very little tissue on that side of my lip and no vermillion border. The scar left my lips unsymmetrical. I have been waiting 23 years to get my lip repaired but I have been hesitant because of the delicate area my scar is in. I have also done a lot of research looking for the right cosmetic surgeon for my issue, well I can finally say I found the right one! Although my scar may have not been visible to a stranger or may seem so subtle to some, I noticed it every single day of my life and it really lowered my self confidence. I can now say I am in tears of joy looking at my newly repaired lip. The juvederm in which Dr. Khorsandi injected was subtle but it made a dramatic difference in the appearance of my lips. It made the right side of my lip just as plump as my left, and he almost sculpted a vermillion border on my right upper lip. I am 1 day post injections and have very little to no swelling and no bruising! I would recommend Dr. Khorsandi to anyone. Did I mention his bedside manor and sense of humor are the best? He made me laugh, and feel comfortable. The girls in the office are just as amazing! Thank you VIP plastic surgery"

"I have been to several top rated doctors in Las Vegas for breast augmentation consultations. I chose Dr Khorsandi because he’s extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. Also, I have been going to him for under eye fillers since 2016 and I was always happy with the results (this year I went to ANOTHER "top rated" doctor is Las Vegas for filler and I fully regret it... my results were uneven , thankfully Dr Khorsandi is helping me fix it). All I have to say Dr Khorsandi is simply the best when it comes to quality and patient care. He’s very kind and extremely knowledgeable. "The factors that contributed to my five stars were almost exclusively for Dr. K. He is a true artist and took a look at my face and knew how to apply his skills for my best outcome. I felt my face looked tired, and I had become anxious about turning fifty in six months. I walked away, looking natural and refreshed (fillers). The office staff was friendly and down to earth. I had no problems with scheduling or wait times. Overall I am pleased with the office and grateful for Dr. K and his amazing hands. I am looking forward to having some other things done as well!"

"Restylane for Nasolabial - I was so nervous about filler in my nasolabial . Previous to Dr Khorsandi from VIP Plastic surgery in Las Vegas , I had a nurse practitioner inject and because she did not use the correct product and because she went too superficial I had unevenness and was very distressed about it. I interviewed several other providers to try and see how to correct and each provider , ( several other plastic surgeons, cosmetic family doctor , nurses with years of experience ) had several different opinions. One recommended surgery!NO ONE EXCEPT DR KHORSANDI KNEW HOW TO FIX IT! Not only did he solve my problem, and explain how and why, he used a dental block and there was no pain. The problemWas I was unevenly filled and Dr K has to inject more filler deep into the bone to even out the nasolabial. I laughingly named Dr K - “magic hands” I won’t ever go to anyone else for my skin or face. I am extremely happy and highly recommend him. When I asked him about other potential filler in my face he quickly said “ you don’t need it.” I appreciate his honestly , skill, professionalism. Best injector ever. His staff was also amazing and knowledgeable . His medical assistant Melanie was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. 5 Stars!"

Six weeks ago I received a facial thread lift and I am amazed at the natural results that will continue to improve as collagen builds. My eyebrows are lifted, cheeks look plumper, and my jaw line is more profound. Because of these phenomenal results I returned 3 days ago for Botox injections. The appearance of my forehead creases, crows feet and brow lines have smoothed, look natural and most important the Botox hasn’t completely set in!! "I have consistently had a great experience at VIP plastic surgery! Dr Khoursandi is the best in the business and has an amazing and friendly staff! I have been going to him once a year for lip and eye fillers for the last 4 years and last month he did a remove and replace on my breast implants. I am so extremely happy with the results! I love how they turned out!! I also have diabetes and he was very concerned for me to make sure I checked my sugars more frequently during the recovery process and to really watch my sugars. That made me feel very valued as a client instead of just doing the surgery and leaving me with regular care instructions for a normal breast augmentation."

"I am impressed with how good and natural my under eyes look - I came to this doctor for fillers because i had heard amazing things about him. I had really bad under eyes and the lines on my forehead were driving me crazy! My first impression walking in was how nice and friendly the staff was. I ended up doing under eye filler and botox, as that was what the doctor recommended for me. I am impressed with how good and natural my under eyes look. I was a little scared that i was going to look too puffy or over done but I just look well rested. The botox took a few days to kick in but i love the results. I will definitely be coming back for more fillers in the future. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend coming to this doctor."
"Amazing NeckTite and Morpheus8! - I was referred to Dr Khorsandi by a friend/doctor in New York City who had been by Dr K in this proceedure.I made an appt. for botox and general care but Dr K was kindly direct about the options he recommended for me.I had been considering the NeckTite procedure for a while due to sagging/fat neck.He performed the procedure a couple of weeks later which incorporated Morpheus8 and Lipo.His office manager Patricia was really helpful scheduling and totally transparent about the way my surgery would be billed.From that moment I never thought twice about the procedure. It took about an hour under twilight sedation and I was out and about within a week,(I always have happened to be a heavy bruiser).I couldn’t be more thrilled with the result.Not only have I lost the double chin, I have jawline contour of my 30’s."

"I have been going to VIP Plastic Surgery now for about four years. At first I just started getting my lips filled with Juvéderm and I loved the outcome. They looked so natural and I was so happy! Dr. Khorsandi is such a pleasure to be around and he is such an amazing doctor I would never go anywhere else. Not only do I feel welcome every time I go in but they take such good care of me. I am now 31 and have started to see a slight change in my face and some minor cellulite. So I decided to go see Melanie who is one of the aestheticians there. I had some concerns about some cellulite under my butt area on my thighs. I went in and had a consultation with her about the Body FX. She told me it was a non-invasive procedure and it pretty much just melted your fat and made your skin tighter and more firm. So I decided to try the procedure out. Not only did I love the procedure but Melanie was such a professional and did such a wonderful job that I started asking about the different kind of facials and non invasive treatments they had for my under eye and face. After having a consultation with both Melanie and Dr. Khorsandi we agreed that the Morpheus which is a micro needling procedure for my under eye would help tighten and smooth my under eyes so I wouldn't have to get fillers. I agreed to the three treatments. The package was a good deal (in my eyes to be honest) other places charge way more. The treatment hurt like hell but I was very pleased with the aftermath. After doing the Morpheus Micro Needling I decided to do a vampire facial, which I literally got today LOL I heard such good things about it and they offer such great packages that I decided what the hell. It didn't hurt half as bad as The Morpheus, so I was totally happy about that and I can't wait to see the results. Every time I have appointment with Melanie I look forward to seeing her. She does such a wonderful job at everything she does for me and I wouldn't dream about seeing anyone else. Not only do I look at her as my talented aesthetician that makes me feel beautiful, but as a friend that I can laugh and feel comfortable with. "African American/ Ethnic Rhinoplasty - Dr. Khorsandi is awesome. He has a wonderful bedside manner. I felt very confident & comfortable with my choice. I knew that his number 1 priority was safety. He takes time to answer questions, and let you know what is and isn't possible. Updated on 12 Nov 2018: So I'll start from the beginning. Dr. Khorsandi's office is very good about answering the phones. I called and scheduled my appointment and that was pretty seamless. The day of my consultation was 5 months prior to surgery. I'm not going to lie, the wait at the office will leave you a bit frustrated, but it also is a sign of the popularity and the results that Dr. K delivers. Also for any other ethnic patients, just want to say mostly white people leave reviews but when you got into the office and see the patients, it's quite diverse. I saw Dr. Khorsandi and he used one of those photo morphing machines, and went over what he felt would be appropriate. I had a flat wide bell pepper nose. My nostrils were large, my bridge was flat and had a pretty typical African American nose. He decided to do bring in my nose, build up the bridge. I set a surgery date, and paid my deposit. It was smooth, and Dr. K puts you at ease he's very nice, and has such a great bedside manner. I felt like I had made the right choice. P.s. not going to post pics in this review, but you can reach out to me via inbox if you'd like to see some before and afters. Updated on 12 Nov 2018: On the day of surgery I was scared [RS bleep]-less. Real talk I was freaking out thinking I'm about to let someone cut my nose and peel it back like an onion. To make matters worse while I was getting prepped only the Anesthesiologist was there at that point, and being frank he's an [RS bleep]. Like a gigantic one (sorry Dr. K but he is) I did however tell him that his way of being would keep me alive so I could live with it. Once Dr. Khorsandi got there I immediately felt at ease. The wheeled me back got to cutting, next thing I know I'm waking up with a cast, and the tip of my nose looking pointy like Cindy Lou Who lol. He did use a rib graft, and that part didn't become sore and tender till days later. The surgery took about 3 hours and that was that went back to the hotel to rest. The next day I went in he cleaned my incisions and nose with peroxide. I came back a week later to have my cast, stitches, and stents out. Man that was butthole puckering pain, and probably the suckiest part of the experience. It hurts no two ways about it. but I got to blow my nose and it felt so good. My nose was huge and swollen and I looked freaking crazy ahahah. Updated on 12 Nov 2018: Those first crazy days of swelling have healed and my nose looks fantastic, no one even knows I had it done, they I have one tiny scar on my left nostril kind of on the inside. You can't see it though. I can only see it with a magnifying mirror, however I honestly expect for the color to comeback there. It's only been about 6 weeks. This makes my face overall more attractive and I can't be grateful to Dr. Khorsandi enough for being the doctor to help me with an issue that I have been self conscious about my whole life. Some people may gripe at the price, but to me it's worth it to have someone with his experience working on me. My nose looks so good, and I feel so pretty. Thank you again to Dr. K and his staff!!! I'll be going back in Feb, for botox and fillers lol"

I was very skeptical at first (never receiving any type of botox of injections), but after our first consultation, I felt very comfortable with Dr. K and all of his staff! "It is very clear( by all the pictures and reviews) that Dr Khorsandi is an excellent plastic surgeon. But what is not as well known, is that Dr Khorsandi also is a migraine and headache doctor. My husband has been experiencing debilitating migraines for the past two years, that have seriously affected both his running a construction company and his quality of life. Any number of things things could bring one on: lights, noise, working out, turning his head to quickly etc. He literally never went more than two days without experiencing a migraine in the past two years. He had to wear sunglasses and a ball cap, all day and all night, everyday and night. Meetings, vacations, dinners, even Dr. appointments and Golden Knights hockey games have been canceled. He was a mess and totally exhausted all the time. Dr. Khorsandi treated my husband one month ago. "Great experience - filler for nasolabial folds and chin area - Dr. Khorsandi recently inserted filler in my nasolabial folds, chin and pre-jowl areas. I'm 43 and I wanted a natural look. He did a terrific job. There was great symmetry in the nasolabial folds on both sides, and the chin and pre-jowl area was beautifully and evenly filled out. The end result was natural and subtle. I feel like I look five years younger. He has a great aesthetic sense and is careful and meticulous to ensure an excellent result. I've had this done by another highly rated surgeon, but Dr. Khorsandi's result was the best. I will definitely be going back!"

"This is my first time getting anything done. I decided to get a long-awaited lip filler. My lips weren't something I was really self-conscious about ,but I had always wanted to get a little plumper in my top lip. When I called to make the appointment I explained to them that it was my first time doing anything and that I would need a little consultation before we started doing injections. When I arrived to the facility everyone was nice the waiting room was very lovely and they greeted me with saying so you're here for Juvederm? When I explain to them that I did not know which kind of filler I was getting because it was my first time they looked a little confused and said okay. They put me in a room and said for me to wait for the doctor. I waited for about 30 minutes while a nurse came in and out getting supplies. when the doctor came in I had less of a consult and more of an education lesson in what Juvederm is. when I asked the difference between Juvederm and Restylane he pretty much just told me that I wanted Juvederm. They numbed me injected me and sent me on my way with an ice pack. Well I'm thrilled with the results and that is most of what you are looking for in this kind of thing. I'm very disappointed with the experience. I was not told what to do before or after I got lip injections. They do not tell me how long to ice them for that I should not take any kind of blood thinners because it would increase bruising, or thst i would be so swollen that i would look a little crazy for a day or two. I had to look all of these things up on my own and thank goodness I did. So would I come back here, probably only because I know that they do a good job, but I will not be expecting any sort of instructions on how to care for what has been done. I will also know to expect to pay $650 for a full pout."

"I've always had good experiences here. I've been coming in for a good six months getting multiple fillers: Voluma and Juvederm. I am also getting my nose done in a few months by him as well. After all is done I will gladly update with pictures. When I first came in for a consult he showed me on his 3D images how asymmetrical my face was. Which everyone naturally has. But mine was extreme. I told him about my brain aneurysm on that side and he said it was definitely possible that I could've lost blood flow on that whole side due to it. Growing up I always knew something was off about my face-pictures never turned out well, I knew I only had one good side, but it just never clicked with me that I needed more volume in my face. I can't even explain the relief I felt when he told me I could fix this with fillers and that FINALLY I had an answer to what was off with my face. I've had to get quite a few to fill it out but every time I come in and get some done I want to cry because I can see the result immediately. I KNOW I'm beautiful but I am so thankful that I could get fillers so I can look how I know I was supposed to look. My confidence is almost effortless after having the answer and a way to fix it fast and easy. Back to the Doc, he and his whole staff are very welcoming, extremely easy to talk to and make you feel very comfortable. Also, I have previously had Juvederm in my lips (by a different person) and they only used a numbing cream (which did absolutely nothing pain wise) but Doc here used a dental block when filling in the lips-didn't feel a thing! He seems to know the right things to do to make your experience as painless and easy as possible. I do have to say his prices are steeper than others but I feel like you are paying for quality and his superb aesthetic eye. I do always seem to wait a good half hour until I'm seen but this is normal as he seems to be always be booked solid because he's an amazing sought after doctor who knows what he's doing. I'm glad I found him because he truly is worth it. I will never go to anyone else."
"I was referred to Dr. Khorsandi for migraine treatments - who would of known to look for a plastic surgeon for migraine relief!?!?! Dr. Khorsandi is awesome!! Thanks to him I have my life back!!! My migraines were so debilitating, intense, and prolong that I (and my family) was living such a poor quality of life. My daily routine to try to manage it was acupuncture treatments were 3-4 times per week, 5 different medications to control pain and prevent the onset (not to mention the awful massive amount of weight gain and sleepiness associated to the medication side effects), ice bags all day and all night long, massages at least 3 times per week, and trigger point and nerve block injections several times a week. There was no such thing as living a normal life with this type of "management/treatments." I've called out to work and functions frequently due to the severity of the migraines. Prior to seeing Dr. Khorsandi, I had the worse migraine I've ever had in the past 15 years. This migraine had been ongoing for approx. 6 weeks straight without a day of relief. The most relief I would get was a "mild" migraine that allowed me to still function but still in pain. But even before the onset of this 6 week long migraine, I had been experiencing migraines1-2 times per week for 4 years even though I was taking a cocktail of medications. A few days later after my initial botox treatment, I was symptom free for 1 month!!! It was a miracle! I have had the botox done 3 times so far and plan to continue to do so. I still get a migraine once in a while, but they are much more manageable; most importantly, I am still able to function and live a normal life style with minimal medications. Pain medications are over the counter motrin or excedrine. I have learned more about my migraine triggers also after receiving the botox treatments. Whereas before, I constantly had a low grade headache or a migraine, I was unable to tell what triggers it or intensifies it. Since I am headache/migraine free now, I am able to rule out what exposure would trigger my migraine."
