Not the large hypertrophic breast scars in the before picture. In the after picture the scars now become well hidden in the fold. While the after result is not perfect, and there is some slight asymettry, the goals of the surgery were met for both the patient and the surgeon. More
Three Quarters Right
The nipples in the before picture are pointing upwards. This is due to to the implant sitting too low. A characteristic sign of bottoming out is that the nipple position and direction is not natural looking. In the after photo, this is corrected. More
From the right side you can see that the upper pole is fuller in after photo. More
